Connie Govea Stuart ~ Beautiful Cloth Book

Connie Govea Stuart is an amazing talent who creates from the heart beautiful, romantic works of art from bits and pieces of the past. I bought this incredible cloth book from her at a show in Pleasanton, California back in 2006.

I am now offering it to the first taker for a small sum in comparison to what I paid when I purchased it. I never removed the price tag which you can see in picture number 5.  which was $120.00. I am asking $49.00 plus shipping. Please contact me and let me know if you would like to buy this little gem of Connie's.

I did not put it onto my Etsy Store, because it is not one of my creations and it is not vintage enough to be placed in the Old & Good category. But it is made from old and very good things by a fabulous artist.

Bella in Green Stockings and Bella in Brown Stockings

Here are two of my Bella Dolls. I created these dolls to stand in boxes that were painted with scenes, but have done away with this concept and now am simply parting with the little dolls without their pretty box surrounds.

Bella in Green stockings has sold. Bella in Brown stockings has sold.

Mary ~ Doll

Here is my latest rendition of the maché-head doll with the cloth body that I call Mary. This Mary is a blonde dressed in an elegant reproduction early styled fabric. She is designed to be a sitting doll, and here she sits for her picture. Mary is also wearing lovely white pantalets and a pink petticoat. Her slipper shoes are painted-on pink with little painted-on flowers.

Mary is on her way to her new home in Ohio.
