I am now thoroughly devoted to my dolls looking old. I have aged many of my reproduction girls, and am engaging once again in the joy of creating cloth dolls that might have actually been made long, long ago. I used to crackle and antique my reproduction dolls, and somewhere along the line I was influenced to leaving that step out. I look at the doll who looks brand new and feel as though something is missing. For me, it has to be aged, and so, to you, my favorite world, that being the primitive one, I am home again.
